Natural Solutions is a massage therapy clinic located in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

The clinic provides advanced therapeutic and relaxation massage in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment.

We cater to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors. Our services include a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.

Philosophy

I have always believed in natural approaches to health. After working in various nutritional departments for years, I became disillusioned with the industry for several reasons. I wanted to make a positive impact in people’s lives, and after studying massage therapy, I discovered my true purpose. This field allowed me to take control of my schedule, set my own hours, and work at my own pace—all while having the flexibility to work from home!

I have a passion for learning and sharing my knowledge with others. Fast forward 26 years, and I’m still committed to expanding my expertise and skills.

It’s essential for all of us to prioritize self-care and invest in our well-being. If we don’t take care of ourselves, who will? Many seek quick fixes and expect others to resolve their issues for them.

The reality is that our bodies have the ability to heal when provided with the right support. We must confront our discomfort and allow ourselves the necessary time to recover. A skilled practitioner can help by encouraging relaxation and raising awareness of current challenges. We can offer professional insights, exercises, and referrals as needed.

In nearly every profession, we encounter repetitive movements, which can lead to physical responses over time. Our posture takes time to adjust, and as a result, our muscles may react with pain, limited function, and overall tension. Many of us spend too much time sitting, developing habits that don’t benefit our bodies. I've noticed young children today suffering from neck issues similar to those of people over 40! Instead of playing outside, kids often prefer movies, video games, and social media as part of their daily routine. It makes me wonder what their spines will be like when they reach their 40s.

We all need to spend more time outdoors, connect with nature, and explore creative ways to alleviate life’s stressors. Massage therapy offers a wonderful method for releasing tension and achieving peace of mind.
